On July 10th, 2025, Michelle was recognized for her portrait, "Dad" by the Boynes Artist Award. The Boynes Artist Award is an international platform showcasing visual artists of all backgrounds. Each month, artists submit for a specific theme, from "Portraiture" and "Landscape" to "Explorations in Colour." Michelle was awarded for June's theme entered around Love.
This was Michelle's first artist submission.
The Boynes Artist Award was created in 2019 to promote, connect and enhance the profile of young and/or undiscovered talent on a global scale.
Winners are featured in a monthly newsletter, reaching nearly 40,000 subscribers, including art lovers, gallerists, and industry leaders worldwide. Michelle will be interviewed by Director & Founder, Chantal Boynes, on her artistic journey, vision, and approach, which will be published on the website and newsletter.
